Compact Zeus Air Jump Starter for Your Boat or Truck

The Zeus Air compact jump starter not only inflates tires to 130 psi, it can also jump start anything up to a 6 liter diesel engine. It also includes a powerful LED light and charger ports for cell phones.

The Zeus Air from Uncharted Supply is a compact portable jump-starting device that would be a very useful addition to the kit of any boater or angler who might occasionally find their battery running low, as well as a security measure for those who run their vehicles off-road or in lightly traveled areas. The company says the 16,000 MaH charger can jump start anything up to a 6 liter diesel, and should easily kick off any outboard on the market as well as any gas-powered tow vehicle or offroader. This is considerably more “oomph” than the sandwich-sized jump starters now on the market, so if you want to be sure you’ve got the power you need to kick off your engines, this might be the way to go.

The device also includes a 130 PSI air compressor, useful for pumping up tow tubes, SUP’s and air mattresses as well as inflating your tires when needed. Those who deflate their tires for better traction on sand or mud will appreciate the feature, in particular, when it’s time to get back on the hard road.

It can also charge phones, tablets and laptops with USB-C and USB output. And it has a powerful LED light that can function as a trouble or work light as needed. A flasher setting makes it a useful warning device along the highway.

The Zeus Air also functions as a phone and laptop charger to keep you powered up on the boat or in the backcountry.

It comes in a compact hard case smaller than a shoe box, complete with heavy-duty jumper cables and USB connectors plus the built-in light, air pump, air hose and various air fittings.

Ladies Let’s Go Fishing Passes 9,000 Student Angler Mark

Betty Bauman has been on a mission for decades, evangelizing for fishing among women from her home base in Florida. Her “Ladies Let’s Go Fishing” non-profit recently blew past the 9,000 student mark, and lots more women will soon join the graduates.

She calls it the “no yelling school of fishing”, and that’s a hint at why so many women have enjoyed her classes and outings. It’s a laid back atmosphere where nobody expects any level of expertise, but the experts Bauman rounds up to do her seminars are some of the most knowledgeable in the industry.

Dolphin are among the many catches by students attending the Ladies Let's Go Fishing weekend seminars.

She also offers angling outings where the women attending her seminars can try out the lessons they’ve learned, with an assist from top pro guides.

Her weekends involve everything from largemouth bass and peacock bass to redfish, snook, trout and tarpon to sailfish, kings and dolphin-fish offshore. The women learn about the fish they’re after and the gear they’ll use in the seminar portion, then head for the water on day two (usually) to try out what they’ve learned. Fish cookery is occasionally part of the curriculum.

Men are welcome at the events, too, and many couples attend some of the events. If you’re a woman or a novice guy angler who just wants to learn the basics in a no-pressure environment, these events are the way to go.

On the other hand, if you’re an old pro with some time on your hands, odds are good Betty Bauman would welcome a little help and expertise at her next Florida event.

The Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) public charity, and they depend on support of the industry as well as private sources. Learn more here: https://www.ladiesletsgofishing.com.
