Fish Cookery on World Fishing Network Sundays

DENVER – A bounty of fish-themed cooking shows are taking over World Fishing Network during The Reel Life Sunday night block of programming beginning at 6 p.m. ET. From cooking little-known freshwater drum on Das Boat to foraging for sea vegetables on Fishing the Wild – these series will prove all fish taste good.

Reel Life Sundays on World Fishing Network begins at 6 p.m. ET.

  • 6:00 p.m. ET – Wild Fish Wild Places: The team heads out to Idaho to chase landlocked steelhead.
  • 6:30 p.m. ET – Hunt Fish Maniac: Host Paul Marier is on another late summer heli-fishing trip and this time he's fishing for coho salmon.
  • 7:00 p.m. ET – Das Boat: For the finale of Das Boat Season 2, MeatEater wild foods contributor Danielle Prewett and longtime fishing guide Frank Smethurst head to Red Lake, Minnesota for freshwater drum.
  • 7:30 p.m. – Wildfed: Daniel and Arthur angle for lake white fish with their wives Avani and Sara gather wild salad ingredients on a remote lake in Maine.
  • 8:00 p.m. – The Fishmonger: The Pacific Ocean is loaded with delicious fish that San Diego commercial fishermen deliver to American dinner tables.
  • 8:30 p.m. – The Sporting Chef: Cheesy Grits, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp and Banana's Bobby.
  • 9:00 p.m. – Fishing the Wild with Mike Robinson: Mike and the crew fish over Cornish shipwrecks for whiting and Mike forages for sea vegetables to cook a feast for the skipper.
  • 9:30 p.m. – Wild Fish Masterclass: Mike cooks Fish and Chips - from fish butchery and filleting to a completed dish - all in easy to follow stages with chef’s tips, lessons in skills and masterclass tuition.
