St. Croix and SEVIIN Welcome Angling Trade and Media at ICAST

St. Croix's angler-adaptable GRASP II reel seat for large-lure applications is just one example of the innovative new products that will be on display at the St. Croix Rod and SEVIIN Reels booth this week at ICAST 2024.

ORLANDO, FLA – Anglers: they're the what and the why behind our industry. Put them first - serving them on all fronts with a passion that matches theirs - and you'll survive challenging economic times and thrive during periods of economic prosperity.

St. Croix Rod has been putting anglers at the center of its decision making for 76 years by crafting the quality, long-lasting products anglers want, and doing it in a way that maximizes control throughout every stage of design, manufacturing, and distribution. It starts with consistent, family ownership extending over 47 years, continues with industry-endemic leadership at all levels, is fueled by two of the world's most advanced fishing-rod manufacturing facilities, and is further bolstered by a passionate family of St. Croix employees who take as much pride in crafting and delivering our rods as our anglers take in owning and using them.

At St. Croix Rod and SEVIIN Reels, we place a high value on innovation; it's a word those within the trade understand and appreciate, but it's really just a convenient phrase for anything new or better that improves or elevates an angler's fishing experience. Innovation can be bold, as in the case of the all-new St. Croix GRASP II angler-adaptable reel seat, or it can be subtle, such as the way in which the all-new SEVIIN GS Series casting reel is designed and crafted using new and better combinations of existing materials and technologies to increase performance, ease-of-use, reliability, and value. Large or small, bold or subtle, innovation is a primary pathway to greater angler satisfaction, and we're going to see a lot of it at the Orange County Convention Center this week.

Here's a look at some of ours.
