Mercury Outboards Dominate European Boat Shows

FOND DU LAC, Wis.— Mercury Marinecontinues to solidify its market share leadership position in Europe with the most engines on display at the largest European boat shows, including a record 64% share at the Genoa Salone Nautico in Italy earlier this week.

Mercury had more than three times the number of outboard engines on display as its closest competitor in Genoa. Also at the show, Mercury’s Avator 75e and 110e electric outboards were honored with a prestigious Design Innovation Award.

At the 2024 Cannes Yachting Festival, Mercury again captured the highest engine share at the event, with 62% of the outboard engines on display. During the show, Mercury Racing announced the all-new 150R and 200R outboard engines, built on a V6 platform. In addition, Mercury introduced the new FourStroke 105hp Jet and announced new color options for the 150hp FourStroke.

In addition, Mercury far surpassed all other competitors with more than 40% share at the Southampton International Boat Show in England.
