Taking place from March 6-9, the event will feature seven exhibit halls and over 217,000 square feet of fresh and saltwater fishing tackle, along with a seminar series tailored for West Coast anglers.

Jigging 101 Slow Pitch to Speed | Friday, March 7th @ 1:30 PM & Saturday, March 8th @ 1:00 PM

Over the past decade, slow-pitch jigging has gained worldwide popularity across various fishing applications. Benny Ortiz, a pioneer of the slow-pitch jigging movement, will break down techniques from the basics to advanced strategies, helping anglers refine their skills in this evolving method. Ortiz will also be making an appearance on the Let’s Talk Hookup radio show on March 8.

For those eager to explore the latest tackle systems, Shimano, G. Loomis, and PowerPro will be showcasing their innovations in the Costa Mesa building. New for 2025, the Shimano booth will feature an interactive display designed to replicate the lifelike rail of a long-range sportboat. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the functionality of key rail rods and reel pairings, including the IMX-Pro Offshore, Teramar West Coast, and Talica A conventional reels.
