The Salt Water Sportsman National Seminar Series will head to Tampa on Saturday, March 8 and be held at Egypt Shrine Center, 5017 East Washington Street, Tampa, FL 33619.

The 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. educational event is to cover the “how-to” and “where-to” aspects of catching inshore, nearshore and offshore saltwater gamefish in your local waters.

George Poveromo, host of “George Poveromo's World of Saltwater Fishing” on Discovery network will host this not-to-miss event!

Tickets are $65 and it covers five hours of instruction, a 2025 course textbook, a one-year subscription or extension to Salt Water Sportsman magazine, one Roff’s Ocean Fishing Forecast Analysis, boat care products, a Bass Pro Shops discount card and chances to win thousands of dollars in door prizes.

The grand prize at the conclusion of the seminar is a guided Florida Keys fishing trip. The super grand prize, to be awarded two weeks after the conclusion of the 2025 series, is a new Mako Pro Skiff 17.

An after-seminar party is set for attendees from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at Bass Pro Shops Tampa.
