The design team kept the M01’s original structure, then added comfort with stretch material and modernized the fit and finish. The goal was to create a version of the M01 that bridges the gap between function and lifestyle—something that’s just as comfortable on the water as it is at the park with the kids,” said Hirota.

From chasing bluefin to bass, the Flex 01 Shorts are feature-packed, with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) stain resistance to repel fish slime and grime, and they’re built tough to withstand whatever Mother Nature has in store. Made from comfortable stretch twill fabric, the Flex 01 Shorts feature reinforced stitching at all major stress points to prevent wear and tear.

These shorts are finished with an elastic waistband and seven pockets, including a reinforced pliers pocket, keeping your essentials close at hand. With a 6” inseam for an above-the-knee fit, the Flex 01 strikes the perfect balance between performance and lifestyle.
